Talia Mauck has been with Adventist HealthCare for 12 years and was promoted to Associate Vice President Supply Chain in 2017. Prior to her current role, she served as the Corporate Director Supply Chain for Adventist HealthCare in 2013 and as the Director of Materials Management at Shady Grove Medical Center in 2007. Talia also spent the first 6 years of her career working in Supply Chain Value Analysis and Surgical Services Business Management at Children’s National. Talia has 18 years of Supply Chain Management leadership experience since she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from University of Maryland in 2001. She also holds a MS in Procurement and Contact Management from University of Maryland University College. Over the past few years she has been primarily focused on leading Adventist HealthCare as one of the first healthcare systems to move to Workday Supply Chain ERP as well as opening a new hospital in White Oak, Maryland. She prides herself on building and coaching her team to grow future Supply Chain leaders. Talia and her husband Frank live in Garrett Park, Maryland with their two children, Eve and Frankie, and their Australian Sheppard, Dixon.
Franco Sagliocca brings to Healthcare, broad hands-on experience in hospital operations and expertise in supply chain, perioperative and finance information systems. Franco is a proven leader in Supply Chain Management operations and supportive technologies.
Mr. Sagliocca also brings to Hospital Operations: Directed Supply Chain Operations across a large metropolitan academic IDN, including departments of Unit Stores, Off-site Distribution Center, Central Sterile Processing, Patient Equipment Pool and Print Services. Coordinated restructuring and integration efforts in staffing, process streamlining, product standardization / conversion, portfolio integration and inventory management.
He also specializes in Hospital Technology: Directed Supply Chain Management Business Intelligence efforts across a five hospital, 2000 bed system to implement and integrate purchasing, distribution, case management, charge master, drug dispensing and payables modules. Responsible for overall technology strategy and integration, data cleanse and content management and desktop to supplier electronic order processing.
As well as Vendor Experience: National responsibility for materials systems and solutions at a Fortune 500 Healthcare company rated best in class by KLAS. Managed cross functional teams to determine product, development and implementation strategy. Coordinated optimization and integration support for the solution line.
