Josh Naftolin, Past-President Josh has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. He is currently a Business Development Executive for Henry Schein Medical, working with Integrated Delivery Networks, Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Hospitals across the Mid-Atlantic Region. Josh has a passion for caring and enjoys working with his customers to provide value and drive savings. Josh was President of MASHMM from 2021-2023 and loves supporting this fabulous organization. Michelle Batch is a Sr. Account Executive with Owens & Minor. Michelle graduated from Oklahoma State University where she received her bachelor’s in general business and master’s in business administration. She has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has a deep knowledge and understanding of healthcare supply chain. Michelle is an excellent communicator and demonstrated problem solver, with strong data and analytics skills. She is passionate about process improvement, cost reduction, and providing an exceptional experience for her customers.Kate O’Rourke is a Strategic Account Executive for GHX. In this capacity, she advises clients on how to utilize GHX solutions to align with health systems strategic objectives with a focus on: Order Automation, Content Management, Automated Invoice & Payment, Inventory Management, Value Analysis & Strategic Sourcing and Credentialing and Compliance.

Jennifer is a dedicated healthcare professional with three decades of experience in nursing and healthcare administration. With a passion for managing the complex relationship between clinical teams and the healthcare Supply Chain, Jennifer has a strong commitment to ensuring efficiency, financial stewardship, and quality are not compromised when managing strategic product changes using evidence-based best practices.
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse holding her BSN from Towson State University. She is a Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP) and is pursuing her MBA in Healthcare Administration and Project Management. Throughout her career, Jennifer has traversed diverse roles in Adult Critical Care, Trauma, Women’s Health, and Perioperative Services.
In her current role, Jennifer is the Corporate Director for Value Analysis at LifeBridge Health.
Capitalizing on her skills as a nurse, she has consistently delivered substantial savings through her strategic approach towards product standardization, the introduction of new products, and managing conversion opportunities. Her leadership ensures the alignment of strategic goals, making her a vital asset to her organization.
Audrey Branyon - Emerging Leaders Chair
Audrey Branyon serves as a Region Director for Premier in the Mid-Atlantic region, where she supports Members with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) services. Her experience in healthcare supply chain management includes previous roles at Johns Hopkins, MedStar Health, and Encompass Health. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Audrey earned her MBA from West Texas A&M University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University.
Elizabeth Franz - Member at Large Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in medical device repair including positions in sales, marketing, national accounts,business development, education, and company leadership. She has worked for industry leaders like Radiometer America, OlympusCorporation and Mobile Instrument Service. Currently she represents Agiliti Healthcare as Senior Territory Manager in theMaryland, DC, and Virginia markets. |

Technically savvy with a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management, able to quickly assess and utilize the appropriate response to meet the specific needs of the business requirement at hand.
