2010 Chapter Affiliation Results - Something to Be Proud of

AHRMM is pleased to announce the results of the 2010 Chapter Affiliation Program.  This has been another record breaking year and we are thrilled to see the growth and advancements the chapters were able to accomplish in 2009. 

For the very first time, AHRMM has awarded a Diamond Level Affiliation.

MASHMM members received AHRMM’s first ever Diamond Chapter Affiliation Award certificate during AHRMM’s Annual Conference & Exhibition in Denver CO on August 3, 2010.

The Mid-Atlantic Society for Healthcare Materials Management is recognized as a Diamond Affiliate in 2010 after 6 consecutive years as a Gold Affiliate.  In addition to the Diamond Affiliation, AHRMM awarded nine Gold Affiliates; six Silver Affiliates; five Bronze Affiliates; and thirteen Standard Affiliates.  The Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond Affiliates will be recognized at the Leadership & Achievement Lunch on Tuesday, August 3 during AHRMM10.

AHRMM Chapters continue to grow and outpace previous years with more members, more education, and more opportunities for their members. This growth is demonstrated in the Affiliation Program as participation continues to grow from year to year.  A total of 34 applications were received in 2010 as compared to 30 in 2009, 27 in 2008, and only 16 in 2007. 

Results were announced to the AHRMM membership in the eNews issue on May 4.  The complete list of 2010 affiliated chapters can be found on the affiliation page of the website.
